Founded by Xing Kai, a trailblazer in China’s PC modding scene, FUXK has become one of the industry’s most prestigious custom computer studios. Known worldwide for disruptive creativity and exceptional craftsmanship, the team transforms high-performance hardware into unique works of art.
In 2016, FUXK made history by winning the “Most Spectacular Creation” award at the German DCMM Modification Competition, becoming the first Chinese team to claim this title. Their projects span a wide range of bold themes—from Batmobile-inspired machines and EVA mecha builds to contemporary art collaborations with Supreme and Takashi Murakami. Each creation reflects their philosophy: “MOD is culture”—a belief that custom PC design is more than a hobby; it’s a form of artistic expression meant to inspire and captivate.

One of FUXK’s most striking recent works is the Vertex Dragon Mod, a custom PC build unveiled at COMPUTEX 2024 in collaboration with Sea Sonic. This build draws inspiration from the rich symbolism of the dragon in Eastern culture—representing strength, wisdom, and boundless hope for the future.
The golden dragon ascends around a solid core pedestal, reaching toward the top-mounted Seasonic VERTEX PX-1200 Dragon Edition power supply. According to the artist, this symbolizes pride and enduring legacy. The luxurious gold finish highlights nobility, while the calm black surroundings provide contrast that accentuates the dragon’s presence.
Designed around the Chinese cultural concept of Feng Shui, the dragon—symbol of good luck and protection— was chosen to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Seasonic. At the center lies the “Treasure Cove,” housing the computer hardware. Its decorative patterns are inspired by the element of wind (风 Feng), reflecting a natural flow of energy.
At the front of the Treasure Cove is an inverted Chinese character for “Dragon” (龍), symbolizing the arrival of prosperity (“Dragon Arrival”). The characters for “wind” (风Feng) and “water” (水Shui) are CNC-engraved on the left and right sides, respectively. The two opposing sides at the base display the celebratory company logos honoring Sea Sonic’s 50th Anniversary. The rear panel is accented with diagonally placed gold and black Seasonic logos in a symmetrical layout.

Every detail of this masterpiece was meticulously designed, requiring more than three months from concept to completion. The build emphasizes the Seasonic flagship VERTEX PX-1200 Dragon Edition power supply, with other components intentionally hidden to give it the spotlight. Despite its artistic and majestic appearance, the Vertex Dragon Mod does not compromise on performance—featuring robust cooling and a rear mounted GPU to ensure both flawless operation and stunning aesthetics.
