He succeeds Eric Lan, who served as CEO during a pivotal phase of the company’s growth and innovation.
Kelven Pan brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the electronics and power systems industry, having held senior roles across R&D, product management, and executive leadership. His extensive background includes positions at Delta Electronics, Lite-On Group, Chicony Electronics, and Chien-Lin Group, where he focused on smart energy, intelligent electronics, and system integration.

Prior to joining Sea Sonic, Mr. Pan led the Energy Storage Division at Lite-On Group, where he was instrumental in driving technological innovation in renewable energy and distributed power solutions. His appointment reflects Sea Sonic’s commitment to advancing next-generation power supply technologies, including ATX 3.0/3.1 standards, and strengthening its position in the global PC hardware and electronics markets.
Mr. Pan holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, with a focus on automation and control systems. His strategic vision, technical expertise, and passion for innovation are expected to support Sea Sonic’s continued expansion and long-term competitiveness.
